Metro by T-Mobile Regional Summit Experience

Metro by T-Mobile wanted to take their annual regional summits to the next level — transforming them from traditional meetings into vibrant, fully branded experiences that energized employees and celebrated the company’s bold culture.

In just eight weeks, our team produced four large-scale summits across three cities, engaging 2,400+ attendees in a series of high-energy, immersive events.

My role

As the creative lead, I directed the overall visual and experiential design for the program. Working closely with strategy, production, and account teams, I ensured every touchpoint — from stage design to environmental graphics — expressed Metro’s dynamic personality and felt cohesive across all locations.

I also traveled to each city to oversee onsite setup, creative alignment, and quality control. With seven semi-trucks of staging, scenic, and branding materials moving across the country, collaboration and precision were critical. I partnered with local crews to make sure every branded moment landed just right — literally and creatively.

The experience

Each summit brought together leadership sessions, networking, and entertainment in a space that felt distinctly Metro. From the moment attendees walked in, they were surrounded by brand color, energy, and story.

The “Purple Brick Road” guided guests through key moments of the experience — from check-in to the main stage — serving as both a literal and symbolic path through the event journey.

We partnered with preferred vendors in each city to maintain brand consistency and cost efficiency, while customizing details to each region.
